It was a historic event when on October 3, 1990, "with the entry of the German Democratic Republic into the Federal Republic of Germany taking effect," the German reunification was "completed." Not only politically significant but also highly emotional, the fall of the Berlin Wall and the German unity ended decades of division in Germany. For everyone who experienced it, it is a moment that will never be forgotten and has made history.
