Bed linen, towels and final cleaning as well as use of the fully equipped communal kitchen with dining table and lounge area are included for self-catering guests.

Deposit: 25 % upon booking

GENERAL
Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included.

The farm has been largely ecologically remodelled and shielded cables were laid when the electrical system was renewed. In order to reduce electrosmog on the premises, there are LAN connections in the lounge and seminar room and the 2-room flat for good and safe reception. WLAN is available if required. From 23.00 to 7.00 the (W)LAN is switched off for a good night's sleep.
All buildings on the farm are smoke-free.
If in doubt, a solution can be found for every problem and special request, so please ask.
Schwarzpappelhof is about 50 minutes by car from Bonn, Cologne and Koblenz. Arrival and departure times are arranged individually, there are no fixed times.
An organic farm with a shop can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. Various other shopping facilities, doctors' surgeries, restaurants, a cinema and a wide range of everyday amenities are less than 15 minutes away in the surrounding towns.
There are 4 car parks directly at the property. There is also a public car park on Walter-Bartels-Weg, a footpath and cycle path leading to Flammersfeld, within walking distance opposite the former inn "Zur alten Eiche" on the main road. Please do not park in the car park at the front of the former inn, but further back in the hikers' car park.
Travelling on the A3 from Frankfurt:
Take the Altenkirchen/Flammersfeld exit
After 10 km in the direction of Altenkirchen/Flammersfeld turn left towards Rott, the third road on the left is Bergstraße.
Travelling on the A3 from Bonn/Cologne:
Exit Bad Honnef/Linz/Asbach
Direction Asbach/Flammersfeld
After 19 km turn right towards Rott, the second road on the right is Bergstraße.
Travelling by train:
Bonn-Siegburg or Montabaur are the nearest ICE railway stations in the north and south respectively; Altenkirchen, approx. 12 km from Rott, is the nearest regional railway station. There is a taxi rank at the railway station and you can order a taxi from Flammersfeld from us, clarify the price in advance because of the overland journey and arrange a flat rate if necessary: Taxi Bischoff. It is best to arrange before you arrive whether and when other participants will be passing Altenkirchen or one of the ICE railway stations or Koblenz and are prepared to pick you up there.
