Green Leaf, Hunter's Hat, and Rose Moth, in pursuit of night moths in the nature heritage area
At night, all cats are grey - not at all. Our native night moths make up the majority of the approximately 3700 butterfly species in Germany and are not lacking in color and size compared to daytime butterflies. Even though they are rarely seen, our night moths are significantly threatened, for example, by toxins, habitat loss, and the changing climate. We want to take a closer look at some of them. Night event with butterfly expert Rainer Roth, Tel. 01525-3830532 (In case of rain, the event must unfortunately be canceled.)
