The Sechshelden Shooting Club was founded in 1967.
The focus here is on sporting activities with air guns.
Our teams take part in the round robin competitions.
In addition to the shooting activities of our adult members, we have set ourselves the task of carefully and playfully introducing young people in particular to the responsible use of air guns within the framework of what is permitted by law.
To enable children to shoot as well, we have purchased an electronic shooting system.
Shooting sports
The Shooting Club 1967 Sechshelden e.V. would like to enable the citizens and especially our children and young people to participate in shooting sports according to the guidelines of the German Shooting Association and the Hessian Shooting Association.
A competent team from the shooting club is available for this purpose.
We offer 8 modern shooting ranges for air rifle and air pistol shooting. We are currently shooting with our air rifle team in basic class 3 and are in 2nd place in the table.
In the coming competition round, we have also set ourselves the goal of fielding a youth team. We would therefore particularly like to address pupils and young people from our village.
Youth work
If you are curious, we would like to invite you to a trial training session. You will have the opportunity to shoot a “real” air rifle under supervision and have all your questions answered. We would be delighted to welcome you and perhaps your parents to our shooting range.
The restaurant
Our restaurant has approx. 50 seats, which can easily be extended to approx. 100 seats.
Our guest rooms are suitable for all kinds of celebrations and events.
The entire restaurant is barrier-free and easily accessible for people with disabilities.
