It tells the 800-year history of Hachenburg by transporting the exciting city tour in a condensed form to the premises of the Vogtshof. Albertine von Grün, Count Alexander von Hachenburg or Georg Friedrich certainly did not expect that their story would one day be brought to life in such a modern narrative style.
Even if it gets cold, the virtual city tour remains comfortable.
The Vogtshof in Hachenburg captivates with a slate-covered and half-timbered atmosphere. The history of the former residence of the bailiff is eventful: Formerly owned by St. Bartholomew's Church, it was later used as a post office and was set up in 1976 as a town hall including a tranquil library. After the town hall found its place in another part of the city of Hachenburg, the upper floors of the Vogtshof were restored in 2009 in an ancient splendour. Today, it offers a hostel for festivities and events in Hachenburg. Access to the Löwensaal Hachenburg is barrier-free and can be accessed at any time by a lift, making it suitable for visitors with wheelchairs or disabilities.
The virtual city tour is a tour of a different kind in our portfolio of city tours and a barrier-free and fascinating experience for people of all ages. Individual appointments can be arranged for an individual group trip or a club outing.
